Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

A twist on a traditional vegetable salad that can be enjoyed in place of a potato salad or coleslaw.

1 medium head of cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
½ cup chopped onion (green or red)
1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Dressing Mix:
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup vegetable oil
3/8 cup sugar
1/3 cup white or apple cider vinegar

Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Combine with onions and water chestnuts in a salad bowl. Mix dressing and pour all over. Note: you can add ½ cup golden raisins and decrease sugar in dressing to ¼ cup if desired. Enjoy!
