Honey Lemon Rosemary Dressing

Our farmers grow a lot of veggies that yearn to mixed into a beautiful, crisp salad. Over the years, we’ve become dressing connoisseurs of sorts, and this honey lemon herb dressing is a favorite. We love it with Rosemary, others love it with Thyme. You can even substitute the lemon for other citrus fruits. Let thy palette be thy guide! 

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

STEPS

mix lemon juice, honey, lemon zest and rosemary in a small bowl
whisk in the olive oil for desired consistency
add salt and pepper to taste
